What is The Power of KNOWING? From reducing stress and anxiety levels to improved sleep, healthy relationships and overall peace of mind, we are all striving, in our own way, to achieve a more positive and content living experience.
The Power of KNOWING is a series of 6 classes (1/week; 18hrs total) designed to bring about real inner change, through realisation and ultimately transformation of old restrictive beliefs and habits that keep us stuck and repeating the same old patterns of feelings, thoughts and behaviour. Based on cutting-edge scientific evidence it has been formulated by Dr Martina Finnerty (PhD, MA CBT), a trained research scientist who is a highly experienced, practicing psychotherapist, mastering in cognitive behavioural therapy & clinical hypnotherapy.
